Contact Collaborating Founders

Farooq, Gunnar, and Jacqueline came together around a shared curiosity about human experience, relational life, and the deeper structures that shape both. While each of them has followed a distinct path, their collaboration informs their work, providing a touchstone for inquiry, dialogue, and exploration. Together, they cultivated a space where complexity, presence, and relational insight could emerge, leaving a lasting imprint on their individual practices.

Where the Personal Meets the Field

There is a terrain in each of us where memory, longing, culture, and spirit converge, forming the quiet architecture of a life. My work begins in listening to this inner landscape, and to the deeper patterns that give it shape: the stories we inherit, the lenses we see through, the relational fields we inhabit and co-create.

My path has woven through the structured world of data and systems, and the intimate realms of therapy and contemplative practice. One taught me about the visible frameworks that organize our outer lives; the other revealed the vast, invisible frameworks that organize our inner world. This dialogue between the structural and the soulful informs everything I do.

Authentic Field is an invitation into this layered awareness. It is a practice of meeting life from a place of inquiry, where insight emerges through shared dialogue, complexity becomes fertile ground, and a more grounded, connected way of being can take form. It is an exploration of what becomes possible when we attend not only to our own experience, but to the space between us, the field where our shared humanity awakens.
